Experience

Since 1986 I have been a full time licensed real estate agent and helped hundreds of individuals sell and buy the home of their dreams. My focus has been in Ventura County and Los Angeles County. I have helped clients from Ventura to Canyon Country sell, buy or invest in the home that fits their needs.

Technology

I optimize your home’s internet presence by posting information in the Keller Williams Listing System (KWLS) as well as local and global MLS systems, including plenty of photographs and description of your property.

Communication

I believe that communication is critical to having a smooth transaction. For my Sellers, I provide you with weekly updates detailing my marketing efforts, including comments from the prospective buyers and agents who have visited your home. For my Buyers, I will give you access to my website to search for homes just like agents do and will keep you posted as new listing hit the market.
